Shipping & Returns
Digital Products
All products sold through The Parenting Lab, including workbooks, digital downloads, printable resources, courses, webinars, and other digital content, are delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.
Access to digital products is provided immediately upon successful payment or according to the product description (for scheduled courses or webinars).
Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for digital purchases.
Please ensure that the product meets your needs before completing your purchase. If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
Coaching Services
Coaching packages require both:
Full payment, and
A signed Client Agreement.
Your Client Agreement must be completed within 48 hours of purchase. If the signed agreement is not received within 48 hours, your purchase will be canceled and your payment refunded, less a 10% administrative processing fee.
Coaching sessions will not be scheduled or provided until both payment and the signed Client Agreement have been received.
Additional terms regarding coaching services, scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling are outlined in the Client Agreement.
Retreats & Live Events
Registration fees for retreats, workshops, or live events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the specific event registration or Retreat Agreement. Any event-specific cancellation terms supersede this general policy.
Duplicate Purchases
If you believe you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the purchase and, when appropriate, issue a refund for the duplicate transaction.
